Terms of use
Last updated 15 October 2026
These terms apply to Upsling, a game by Hojtech Holding ApS (CVR 43835092), Denmark ("we"). By playing you agree to them. The App Store's or Google Play's terms also apply to how you got the game.
Playing the game
You may use Upsling for your own, non-commercial enjoyment. Don't reverse engineer, modify or interfere with the game or its servers.
Your account and gamer name
- You can sign in with Apple or Google if you're 13 or older. Keep that account secure; you're responsible for what happens under it.
- Your gamer name is public. It must not be offensive, hateful or sexual, impersonate anyone, or advertise. We may remove names that break these rules; the game will then ask you for a new one.
The global board
Scores must come from normal play. We check scores and may remove entries, or close accounts, that come from cheating, modified apps or automated play.
Ads and "Remove ads"
The game is free and shows ads. You can buy "Remove ads" once, in the app, through the App Store or Google Play; their terms apply to the payment and to refunds. It removes the ads between runs. The optional "watch an ad to continue" stays, because you choose it. The purchase belongs to your App Store or Google Play account: use Settings › Restore purchases on a new phone.
Stardust and trails
Stardust and comet trails are earned in the game. They have no monetary value and can't be exchanged for money.
Availability and changes
We work to keep the game and its online features available, but can't promise they'll always be free of interruptions or errors. We may change, balance or end features, and update these terms; we'll show important changes in the app.
Ending
You can stop playing and delete your account at any time (see Delete your account). We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
Liability
The game is provided as is. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer under mandatory law, or our liability for intent or gross negligence. Otherwise, to the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect losses or lost in-game progress.
Law
Danish law applies. If you're a consumer in the EU, you also keep the protection of the mandatory rules of your country.
Contact and complaints
Questions or complaints: support@hojtech.com. If we can't sort it out together, consumers can complain to the Danish Consumer Complaints Board (Nævnenes Hus,naevneneshus.dk).
