Delete your account

This page explains how to delete your account in Upsling, a game by Hojtech Holding ApS, and what happens to your data.

In the app

1. Open Upsling and finish a run.
2. Tap the gear at the top left of the result screen.
3. Tap Account, then Delete account.
4. Confirm. If you signed in with Apple, Apple asks you to confirm once more.

You can also get there from the global board: Account › Delete account.

What is deleted

• Your sign-in account with us (the link to your Apple or Google ID).
• Your gamer name, which becomes available to others.
• Your entries on the all-time and weekly boards.
• The copy of your progress saved to your account.
• If you signed in with Apple, the game's access to your Apple ID is revoked.

Deletion is immediate and can't be undone. On your phone, your best, stardust and trails are cleared too; you can keep playing without an account.

What is kept

If you allowed usage data, anonymous analytics events stay in our analytics until they expire under its retention setting. They aren't linked to your account or gamer name.

Without the app

Write to support@hojtech.com with your gamer name and whether you signed in with Apple or Google. We delete the account within 30 days and confirm by email.
